1. Do I need to have an account to place an order?

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We aim to make your experience as smooth as possible. We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) and secure PayPal payments.
3. How secure is my online order?
Your security is our priority. When you shop with us, all sensitive information is entered via an SSL-secured web page. Your data is encrypted and sent directly to our payment provider’s secure network. For your privacy, we never store your credit card information on our servers.
4. Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your credit card is linked to a different currency, your bank or card issuer will calculate the total based on their daily exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed.
5. How should I enter my shipping address?
To ensure a smooth delivery, please enter all information using English characters only (including punctuation). If your address contains non-English characters, please use the closest English equivalent to avoid any processing delays.
6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. Therefore, shipping addresses cannot be revised once the order has been processed or shipped. We recommend using a permanent residential address rather than a temporary vacation address to ensure safe delivery.
7. How long does shipping take & how can I track my package?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your package is on its way, we will email you a tracking number and a link to monitor its journey. Please note that while we strive for punctuality, we are not responsible for delays caused by local customs departments.
8. What should I do if items are missing from my order?
Every Mildfuse order is hand-checked, but if something is missing, we want to make it right immediately. Please reach out to us at support@mildfuse.com with your order number, and we will prioritize your request.
