Return & Refund Policy
At Mildfuse, your peace of mind is our priority. We want you to feel as comfortable with your purchase as you do in your own home. If a product doesn’t quite fit your space or meet your expectations, our dedicated team is here to help make it right.
1. 30-Day Reflection Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original, eco-friendly packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@mildfuse.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will unfortunately not be accepted.
3. Damaged & Issues (The Mildfuse Care)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right—whether through a free replacement or a full refund. We believe you shouldn't have to pay for a less-than-perfect experience.
4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, such as perishable goods, custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Note: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This helps us get the right product into your home as quickly as possible.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
